A CD44‐targeted MnPt bimetallic nanozyme (HD@MnO2) integrates multienzyme‐like activity with cGAS–STING activation to boost radio‐immunotherapy. Through cascade biocatalysis, it depletes glutathione, relieves hypoxia, and amplifies ROS, enhancing radiotherapy‐induced DNA damage and immunogenic cell death. Глутатион пероксидаза (GPx) је ензим који постоји у 8 изоензимских облика, од којих GPx-1 је облигаторни интрацелуларни ензим, док је GPx-3 активна у екстрацелуларним течностима, посебно у крвној плазми. Основна улога GPx се огледа у заштити ћелија од оксидативног стреса којег индукују слободни кисеонични радикали.
