Behaviour of forchlorfenuron residues in grape, soil and water

Chemosphere, 2003
Persistence of forchlorfenuron residues in grape berries at harvest following its dip application as single or split doses to grape berry clusters and periodic dissipation of forchlorfenuron residues in grape berries following foliar spray application were studied. Periodic dissipation of forchlorfenuron residues following its fortification in soil and

Pesticide Residue Management in Grapes

2013
Nearly all insecticides have the potential to significantly alter ecosystems, many are toxic to humans, and others are concentrated in the food chain. Insecticides are classified in several different ways. Systemic insecticides are incorporated by treated plants. Insects ingest the insecticide while feeding on the plants. Contact insecticides are toxic

Fate of Quinoxyfen Residues in Grapes, Wine, and Their Processing Products

Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, 2000
Quinoxyfen is a new fungicide that belongs to the family of the quinolines, recently introduced to control powdery mildew (Uncinula necator). In this paper the fate of quinoxyfen residues from vine to wine and in their processing products was studied.

Field Trials To Determine Residues of Chlozolinate in Table Grapes

Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, 2000
Chlozolinate (Serinal) is a dicarboximide fungicide used in southern European countries principally on grapes. Maximum residue levels have not yet been set by FAO/WHO and are under evaluation in the EU. Field trials have been carried out in Greece on two varieties of table grapes (Cardinal and Victoria) during two consecutive years to assess residues ...

Pesticide residues in liquid pekmez (grape molasses)

Environmental Monitoring and Assessment, 2007
In this study 32 pesticide residues and eight polybrominated diphenlyl ether (PBDE) congeners were measured in seven liquid samples from Kahramanmaraş, Turkey. A new method based on the best recovery was column extraction with n-hexane/acetone followed by gas chromatography electron-capture detection (GC-ECD), and mass spectrometry (GC-MS).

Modeling of the devolatilization kinetics during pyrolysis of grape residues

Bioresource Technology, 2012
Thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) was performed on grape seeds, skins, stalks, marc, vine-branches, grape seed oil and grape seeds depleted of their oil. The TGA data was modeled through Gaussian, logistic and Miura-Maki distributed activation energy models (DAEMs) and a simpler two-parameter model.

Pesticide Residue Management in Grapes

Indian Journal of Entomology
A laboratory experiment was conducted in completely randomized design (CRD) to evaluate the effectiveness of various decontamination methods in removing pesticide residues from grapes during 2022-2023. Organically grown grape plants at fruiting stage were selected from Cumbum, Theni district of Tamil Nadu and sprayed with a mixture of eleven pesticides

Pesticide residues in grapes and during vinification process

Food Control, 2010
Abstract Pesticide residues in vinification process of two white and two red grapevine varieties were monitored during the 2007 vintage. Crushed grapes, cake, must, lees and wine were sampled during the vinification process. Additionally, grapes were sampled during the ripening process.

Pyrimethanil Residues on Table Grapes Italia after Field Treatment

Journal of Environmental Science and Health, Part B: Pesticides, Food Contaminants, and Agricultural Wastes, 2006
Residues of the pyrimidine fungicide pyrimethanil [N-(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2yl)aniline] were determined in table grapes "Italia" by gas chromatography nitrogen-phosphorus detector (GC-NPD). Pesticides were extracted from grapes with ethyl acetate and hexane solution (1:1 v/v), and were analyzed without any further clean up.
