Chaotic micromixing in open wells using audio-frequency acoustic microstreaming
Mixing fluids for biochemical assays is problematic when volumes are very small (on the order of the 10 µL typical of single drops), which has inspired the development of many micromixing devices.

The Influence of Group Dynamics on Collaborative Scientific Argumentation.
Research has addressed what instructional conditions may inhibit or promote scientific argumentation. Little research, however, has paid attention to interpersonal factors that influence collaborative argumentation.

This study explores salivary RNA for breast cancer (BC) diagnosis, prognosis, and follow‐up. High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.

Mechanisms of transcriptional regulation of ecdysone response
The mechanisms of ecdysone-dependent expression have been studied for many decades. Initially, the activation of individual genes under the influence of ecdysone was studied on the model of polythene chromosomes from salivary glands of Drosophila ...

YAP1::TFE3 mediates endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal plasticity in epithelioid hemangioendothelioma
The YAP1::TFE3 fusion protein drives endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EndMT) plasticity, resulting in the loss of endothelial characteristics and gain of mesenchymal‐like properties, including resistance to anoikis, increased migratory capacity, and loss of contact growth inhibition in endothelial cells.

Flutter to tumble transition of buoyant spheres triggered by rotational inertia changes
Spiral and zigzag trajectories of rising bubbles and falling leaves represent some of the path instabilities commonly observed for objects moving through fluids. Here, Mathai et al.

Detection of extrachromosomal circular DNA (eccDNA) in plasma samples from EGFR‐mutated non‐small cell lung cancer patients. Plasma was collected before and during treatment with the EGFR‐tyrosine kinase inhibitor osimertinib. Plasma eccDNA was detected in all cancer samples, and the presence of the EGFR gene on eccDNA serves as a potential biomarker ...

Complex Dynamics of an Adnascent-Type Game Model
The paper presents a nonlinear discrete game model for two oligopolistic firms whose products are adnascent. (In biology, the term adnascent has only one sense, “growing to or on something else,” e.g., “moss is an adnascent plant.” See Webster's Revised ...

CDK11 inhibition stabilises the tumour suppressor p53 and triggers the production of an alternative p21WAF1 splice variant p21L, through the inactivation of the spliceosomal protein SF3B1. Unlike the canonical p21WAF1 protein, p21L is localised in the cytoplasm and has reduced cell cycle‐blocking activity.
