Post Activation Potentiation Is Greater in Human Triceps Brachii Versus Triceps Surae Muscles
ABSTRACT Introduction/Aims Voluntary muscle contractions result in a temporary increase in twitch force, a phenomenon termed post activation potentiation (PAP). In rodents and other species, PAP is observed predominantly or exclusively in fast twitch muscles. However, it has been suggested that in humans, PAP occurs more or less independently of muscle

ABSTRACT Objective Glucose tolerance (GT) is a major effector for adipose tissue (AT) remodeling in obesity, yet its molecular mechanisms remain incompletely defined. We hypothesized that the biophysical and molecular profiles of AT‐derived small extracellular vesicles (sEVAT) change in response to glucose availability and differ by GT status.

Algal‐extract‐derived ZnO nanoparticles show shape anisotropy and are bio capped by phytochemicals. These green‐synthesized NPs strongly inhibit S. aureus and K. pneumoniae biofilms. Molecular docking suggests stable binding of surface biomolecules to microbial targets, highlighting synergistic antibacterial mechanisms.
