The objective of this study was to predict the effects of hen age, storage time and condition on egg weight (EW) and Haugh unit (HU) in table eggs with variance component and logistic regression analysis. In the study, a total of 712 table eggs that were obtained from two commercial layer herds aged 28 and 80 weeks (Lohmann White) were used.
