Hemialboside, a hemiterpene glucoside from Lamium album
Phytochemistry, 1995Abstract Hemialboside, (S)-1- hydroxy-3-methylbut-3-en-2-yl -β- d -glucopyranoside , was isolated from Lamium album and its structure elucidated from 1H and 13CNMR spectral data.

Coumarin-hemiterpene ethers from Artemisia species
Phytochemistry, 1985Abstract In addition to a known derivative, five new coumarin-hemiterpene ethers were isolated from the leaves of Artemisia laciniata, A. armeniaca and A. tanacetifolia and identified by 1H NMR and, in part, by 13C NMR spectroscopy. The coumarin patterns are characterized particularly by compounds with a hydroxylated and saturated isoprenoid unit ...

Mealybugs, which include several agricultural pests, are small sap feeders covered with a powdery wax. They exhibit clear sexual dimorphism; males are winged but fragile and short lived, whereas females are windless and less mobile. Thus, sex pheromones emitted by females facilitate copulation and reproduction by serving as a key navigation tool for ...

Two new hemiterpene glycosides from the leaves of Ilex rotunda. thunb
Archives of Pharmacal Research, 2012Chromatographic separation of the 80% MeOH extract of the leaves of Ilex rotunda (IR) led to isolation of two new hemiterpene glycosides, tentatively named as rotundarpenoside A (1) and rotundarpenoside B (2), along with five known caffeoyl derivatives (3-7).

Hepatoprotective hemiterpene glycosides from the rhizome of Cibotium barometz (L.) J. Sm
Phytochemistry, 2017Five previously undescribed hemiterpene glycosides, cibotiumbarosides E-I, and two known hemiterpene glucosides, were isolated from the rhizome of Cibotium barometz (L.) J. Sm. The structures of cibotiumbarosides E-I were established by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analyses and HRMS.

6-Prenyloxy-7-methoxycoumarin, a coumarin-hemiterpene ether from Carduus tenuiflorus
Phytochemistry, 1992Abstract From the acetone extract of Carduus tenuiflorus , a new coumarin-hemiterpene ether was isolated, which was identified as 6-(3,3-dimethylallyloxy)-7-methoxycoumarin. The synthesis of this coumarin and that of its positional isomer 7-(3,3-dimethylallyloxy)-6-methoxycoumarin were carried out from esculetin.
