Lymphoid‐Tissue‐on‐Chip Recapitulates Human Antibody Responses In Vitro
The presented lymphoid‐tissue‐on‐chip system allows culture of primary human tonsil cells at organotypic high density under perfusion for up to 4 weeks, emulates immune response to soluble vaccines and vaccination via peripheral antigen‐presenting cells and represents a useful tool to assess cellular interactions during homeostasis, immune responses ...

Hepatitis B surface antigen in hepatocellular carcinoma.
Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBs-Ag) was detected histologically (by victoria blue-nuclear fast red staining) in the liver in 20-40% of liver cirrhosis and/or hepatocellular carcinoma (hepatoma) cases. In hepatoma cases, HBs-Ag was usually found in non-cancerous areas of the liver.

This study reported renal‐clearable bio‐orthogonal near‐infrared fluorogenic probes (BGRs) that specifically imaging and urinalysis of granzyme B for dynamic evaluation of RCC immunotherapy. BGRs not only differentiate immunotherapeutic responses in orthotopic RCC mice, but also enable sensitive optical urinalysis of granzyme B in clinical specimens ...

Engineering Microbial Particles for Next‐Generation Biomedical Platforms
Microbe‐derived particles (MDPs), which include extracellular vesicles, outer membrane vesicles, inclusion bodies, polysaccharide particles, and virus‐like particles, represent a rapidly expanding category of bioinspired nanomaterials. With their natural origin, intrinsic biocompatibility, and highly programmable functionality, MDPs serve as a ...

IGF2BP1‐mediated m6A stabilization sustains SMC1A expression, enabling cohesin‐associated chromatin regulation of Nestin in hepatocellular carcinoma. This work reveals an epitranscriptomic‐chromatin‐cytoskeletal regulatory axis linked to malignant phenotypes and identifies SMC1A as a biologically relevant vulnerability in HCC.

Examination of the Polypeptides of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen
When the polypeptides of hepatitis B surface antigen were examined by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis under a variety of conditions, anomalous results were found to be due to (i) variable and at times incomplete dissociation of polypeptides after boiling with 1% SDS and reducing agent, (ii) reaggregation of solubilized material under certain ...

The uncovered IKKβ‐USP28‐HEY1 axis fuels cancer stemness and immune evasion in hepatocellular carcinoma. USP28 deubiquitinates HEY1 upon IKKβ‐mediated phosphorylation, conferring PD‐1/PD‐L1 blockade resistance. Pharmacological inhibition of USP28 sensitizes resistant tumors to anti‐PD‐1 immunotherapy, revealing a promising therapeutic strategy ...
