Synthesis of fused heterocycles from heterocyclic enaminones

Abstract The reactivity of readily prepared heterocyclic enanminones with some doubly electrophilic reagents is described. Different classes of interesting fused heterocyclic systems are obtained from these enanminones in a single reaction.
