Enhanced Hydrogen Evolution Reaction Performance of Ni‐Doped MoS2 with 1T Structure for Alkaline Water Electrolyzer: Introduction of 1T Phase and Morphological Optimization Through Co‐Sputtering Technique

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, Volume 9, Issue 2, March 2026.
The hydrogen evolution reaction activity of Ni‐doped MoS2 is enhanced by optimizing sputtering parameters in co‐sputtering. Sputtering power controls morphology and Ni doping which promotes 1T yield and activates basal planes. Sputtering time changes 1T yield regardless of Ni ratio.

Gene expression studies of lytic infection and chromosomal integration of human herpesvirus 6.

open access: yes, 2008
Human herpesvirus 6 (HHV-6) was discovered in 1986 in patients with lymphoproliferative diseases and it has a predominant tropism for CD4+ T cells in vitro and in vivo.

HHV-6B binds to the sperm head.

open access: yes, 2013
Semen samples were incubated with HHV-6B for two hrs, washed twice in PBS and stained with anti-gp60/110 or anti-IgG2b followed by a goat-anti mouse (GaM)-FITC. (A-B) and (E-K) HHV-6B binds specifically to the front region of the sperm head.

Viral Immunity in Immunoglobulin Products: Global Immunity Debt and Autoimmunity in the Postpandemic Era

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Immunology, Volume 56, Issue 3, March 2026.
Immunoglobulin products derived from pooled global plasma reflect population‐level antiviral immunity. Analysis of batches from 2017 to 2023 reveals pandemic‐driven shifts in viral antibody profiles and a concurrent rise in autoantibodies, notably against TRIM21/Ro52, highlighting links between SARS‐CoV‐2, immunity debt, and autoimmunity.

Molecular Engineering for Enhanced Second‐Order Nonlinear Response in Spontaneously‐Oriented Evaporated Organic Films

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, Volume 14, Issue 7, 16 February 2026.
Intramolecular bridge‐locking frustrates detrimental anti‐parallel packing in evaporated organic films. This design enhances net polar orientation, leading to a twofold off‐resonance increase in the second‐order nonlinear susceptibility (χ(2)) without electric‐field poling.

INTRODUCTION: Exanthem subitum is a classical rash disease of early childhood caused by human herpesvirus 6B (HHV-6B). However, the rash is frequently misdiagnosed as that of either measles or rubella.

Association of fibromyalgia with beta-herpesviruses HHV-6A,HHV-6B un HHV-7 infection

open access: yes, 2014

Increased HHV-6A and HHV-6B coinfection in MS patient saliva samples.

open access: yes, 2014
Representative ddPCR plots with corresponding housekeeping gene (RPP30) as insets shown in A-C. (A) No positivity detected. (B) Only HHV-6B positivity (green droplets, lower right quadrant) detected.

Association of human herpesvirus-6B with mesial temporal lobe epilepsy.

open access: yesPLoS Medicine, 2007
BackgroundHuman herpesvirus-6 (HHV-6) is a beta-herpesvirus with 90% seroprevalence that infects and establishes latency in the central nervous system. Two HHV-6 variants are known: HHV-6A and HHV-6B.
