Illuminating Mitochondrial RNA G‐Quadruplexes as Structural Brakes on RNA Granule Assembly and OXPHOS

A new fluorescent probe, MitoQUMA, brings mitochondrial RNA G‐quadruplexes (mtRNA G4s) into view in live cells. This tool reveals that excessive mtRNA G4 formation halts mitochondrial RNA granule (MRG) assembly, opposite to the phase‐separation role of cytoplasmic RNA G4s. A chemical genetic screen further identifies a Wnt/β‐catenin–GRSF1–mtRNA G4 axis

Endometrial Epithelial Lactate Deficiency Drives CD8+ T‐Cells Dysregulation in Unexplained Recurrent Implantation Failure

Unexplained recurrent implantation failure (RIF) represents a significant clinical challenge. Our results demonstrate that reduced lactate production in the RIF endometrium impairs the suppression of cytotoxic CD8+ T‑cells, allowing their proliferation and thereby disrupting the local immune balance essential for successful embryo implantation.

Bioinspired Engineering of Streamlined Skeletal Interoception: Neural Bioprinted Piezoelectric Scaffolds for Neuro‐Vascularized Bone Regeneration

This study develops neural bioprinted piezoelectric scaffolds which construct local “sensor‐effector” circuit, inspired by the skeletal interoception system. Upon US stimulation sensing and mechanoelectrical coupling by PLLA nanofibers, the incorporated DRG neurons effect through Ca2+ influx‐induced enhanced secretion and expression of CGRP.
