Deep Hybrid Fusion Network for Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar Ship Target Recognition Using Multi-Domain High-Resolution Range Profile Data

open access: yesRemote Sensing
Most existing target recognition methods based on high-resolution range profiles (HRRPs) use data from only one domain. However, the information contained in HRRP data from different domains is not exactly the same.

Finding novel vulnerabilities of hypomorphic BRCA1 alleles

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Synthetic lethality screens performed to identify novel vulnerabilities often model complete gene loss, thereby overlooking patient‐derived hypomorphic mutations. In this study, we have performed genome‐wide CRISPR screens on BRCA1 hypomorphic mutations, showing BRCA1I26A behaves like wild‐type, while BRCA1R1699Q mimics deficiency. Furthermore, we have

Schemes for synthesizing high-resolution range profile with extended OFDM-MIMO

open access: yesJournal of Systems Engineering and Electronics, 2017
Two novel schemes are proposed to synthesize high-resolution range profile (HRRP) based on co-located multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system in the context of the joint radar and communication system. The difference between two schemes is the pattern of selecting pulses, which depends on the demand for the velocity information. The system, a type

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Occlusion-Informed Radar Detection for Millimeter-Wave Indoor Sensing

open access: yesIEEE Open Journal of Signal Processing
The emergence of Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) millimeter-wave (mmWave) radar sensors has prompted interest in indoor sensing applications, including human detection, vital signs monitoring, and real-time tracking in crowded environments.

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

Radar Automatic Target Open Set Recognition Based on Cluster Boundary Detection

open access: yesIEEE Access
Radar automatic target recognition has developed significantly in recent years. Previous works mainly aim at addressing the closed set recognition problem, whose test set and training set have the same categories of the targets.

Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

Two-Dimensional Scattering Center Estimation for Radar Target Recognition Based on Multiple High-Resolution Range Profiles

open access: yesSensors
A new estimation strategy on locations of two-dimensional target scattering centers for radar target recognition is developed by using multiple high-resolution range profiles (HRRPs).

Liquid biopsy‐based diagnostic evaluation of hypermethylated CpG sites for ovarian cancer diagnosis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This schematic outlines the workflow from biomarker identification to duplex MethyLight assay validation for epithelial ovarian cancer diagnosis using cfDNA‐based liquid biopsy. Initial screening of hypermethylated CpG candidates (cg02957270, cg10061138 cg00480298, COL2A1) was performed in tissue using ARMS‐PCR, COBRA, qPCR and image analysis. Selected
