Metabolomic analysis reveals the molecular mechanism related to leg abnormality in broilers
The graphical abstract shows the principal results of this study. Compared to the leg normal broilers, the serum calcium to phosphorus ratio was extremely decreased in the group with deformed leg bones. Additionally, a total of nine differential metabolites significantly associated with leg abnormalities and serum calcium and phosphorus levels were ...

Noncoding RNAs in Host–Microbiota Interaction
The intricate interplay between gut microbiota and the host exerts a profound impact on host biological processes and disease development. This review highlights the pivotal role of noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs) in this interaction. Host ncRNAs regulate gene expression and microbiota composition, whereas microbial small RNAs (sRNAs) modulate host gene ...

Dynamic properties of human high density lipoprotein apoproteins.
This study was designed to identify a method for the measurement of human high density lipoprotein subfraction (HDL2 and HDL3) metabolism. Apolipoproteins A-I, A-II, and C, the major HDL apoproteins, were radioiodinated and incorporated individually into

Forms of human serum high density lipoprotein protein
Delipidation by ethanol-diethyl ether at -10°C of human serum high-density lipoprotein (HDL, d 1.063-1.21) or of its subclasses HDL2 (d 1.063-1.120) and HDL3 (d 1.120-1.21), yielded proteins-αP, αP2, and αP3-containing 3% phospholipid (largely lecithin ...

Objective Our objective was to assess the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) treated with JAK inhibitors (JAKi), tumor necrosis factor inhibitors (TNFi), or biologic disease‐modifying antirheumatic drugs with other modes of action (bDMARD‐OMA) in a multicountry, real‐world population ...

Gout and NLRP3 inflammasome biology
This review describes the three broad stages of acute inflammation in the context of gout: initiation, leucocyte mobilisation, and self‐resolution. A typical case of a gout flare is presented. The role of the NLRP3 inflammasome in acute monosodium urate crystal‐induced inflammation is reviewed in detail.
