Large yield production of high mobility freely suspended graphene electronic devices on a PMGI based organic polymer [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
The recent observation of fractional quantum Hall effect in high mobility suspended graphene devices introduced a new direction in graphene physics, the field of electron-electron interaction dynamics.

The MIMO-OTFS Technique in the Next 6G Communications

open access: yesEngineering Access
The orthogonal time-frequency space (OTFS) technique is a promising method of waveform modulation that encodes data in the delay-doppler (DD) domain. OTFS distinguishes itself from conventional multiplexing methods by employing two-dimensional modulation

Charge delocalization characteristics of regioregular high mobility polymers. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
Controlling the regioregularity among the structural units of narrow bandgap conjugated polymer backbones has led to improvements in optoelectronic properties, for example in the mobilities observed in field effect transistor devices.

High mobility emissive organic semiconductor [PDF]

open access: yesNature Communications, 2015
The integration of high charge carrier mobility and high luminescence in an organic semiconductor is challenging. However, there is need of such materials for organic light-emitting transistors and organic electrically pumped lasers. Here we show a novel organic semiconductor, 2,6-diphenylanthracene (DPA), which exhibits not only high emission with ...

Promiscuous stimulation of HSP70 ATPase activity by parasite‐derived J‐domains

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
The malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum exports three highly homologous yet functionally divergent J‐domain proteins into human erythrocytes. Here, we show that J‐domains isolated from all three proteins effectively stimulate the ATPase activity of both endogenous host and exported parasite HSP70 chaperones.

High-performance $n$-type organic field-effect transistors with ionic liquid gates

open access: yes, 2010
High-performance $n$-type organic field-effect transistors were developed with ionic-liquid gates and N,N$^"$-bis(n-alkyl)-(1,7 and 1,6)-dicyanoperylene-3,4:9,10-bis(dicarboximide)s single-crystals.

Identification of functional murine mitochondrial formyl peptides and their effects on myeloid‐derived suppressor cell generation

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
We first identified functional murine mitochondrial N‐formyl peptides (MT‐FPs) and investigated their effects on the in vitro myeloid‐derived suppressor cell (MDSC) generation from bone marrow cells. We demonstrated that MT‐FPs acted directly on bone marrow cells to promote MDSC generation and modulated the polymorphonuclear (PMN)‐MDSC/monocyte (M ...
