FEBS Letters, EarlyView.This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

, 2013 [[abstract]]本論文提出三種新型直流-直流高昇壓轉換電路，分別為應用於一般高昇壓需求之單開關高昇壓轉換器，應用於大瓦特數需求之交錯式高升壓轉換器，與應用於隔離需求之隔離高昇壓轉換器。所提出之高昇壓電路均利用耦合電感與切換電容之倍壓技術，使其實現高電壓增益轉換。轉換器具無損耗被動箝位功能，不須額外開關與控制電路，即可將耦合電感之漏感能量回收至輸出端，使得轉換效率提高並抑制開關突波電壓。最後，所提出高昇壓轉換電路將作實際測試，以驗證其效能，而其各別規格如下 ...
