中學生歷史思維能力之探究：歷史觀點取替模式的應用 Historical Thinking Development of Students: Applying the Historical Perspective-Taking Model

近來歷史教育的目標，已逐漸從傳統史實傳遞中鬆綁，走向強化學生歷史思維能力之趨勢。其中，「歷史神入」（historical empathy）與「歷史觀點取替」（historical perspective taking,HPT）乃為一適合應用於中學生歷史思維教學的切入點。本研究參照Hartmann 與Hasselhorn（2008）提出的歷史觀點取替模式為架構，編擬一份適用於國、高中生之歷史觀點取替測驗工具，以高雄市某八年級、九年級學生，以及某高中二年級學生為施測對象，得有效問卷1,017份。研究結果顯示，

Transferrin receptor 1‐mediated iron uptake supports thermogenic activation in human cervical‐derived adipocytes

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo

We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system

Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.
