Beyond Sequence: Posttranslational Remodeling of Antigens in Autoimmunity
ABSTRACT Autoimmune responses are often attributed to failed tolerance to self‐proteins, yet protein expression alone cannot explain why certain antigens dominate disease, why autoreactivity emerges under stress, or why specific HLA alleles shape risk.

Clinical‐grade HLA‐homozygous iPSC‐derived neural precursor cells restore motor function, rebuild striatal circuitry and reduce neuroinflammation in QA‐lesioned rats. These findings demonstrate robust neuronal replacement and microenvironment modulation, supporting their potential as a regenerative therapy for Huntington's disease.

Histocompatibility HLA class I in anterior uveitis patients with and without spondyloarthritis
Anterior uveitis (AU) and ankylosing spondylitis (AS) are associated with histocompatibility human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-B27. Previous genetic studies conducted in different populations have also demonstrated other genetic associations, including HLA ...

Machine Learning for TCR Repertoire Epitope Annotation and Pattern Discovery
ABSTRACT T cells are central to adaptive immunity, recognizing antigenic peptides, called epitopes, via the T cell receptor (TCR). The immense diversity and cross‐reactivity of the TCR repertoire makes direct interpretation of antigen specificity from repertoire sequencing challenging.
