The Frequencies of HLA-D Antigens in the Population of SR Croatia
1986Despite of the significant correlation between the majority of serologicaly defined HLA-DR antigens and HLA-D antigens defined by homozygous typing cells (HTC), the correlation between HLA-Dw6/DRw6 and some newly defined HLA-D/DR antigens is rather low.

Biochemical analysis of the polymorphism of three HLA-D region antigens.
Molecular biology & medicine, 1984Two-dimensional gel electrophoretic analyses of immunoprecipitates of the HLA-D region antigens revealed three beta (Mr 28 X 10(3) to 30 X 10(3) structurally polymorphic polypeptides. Analyses of the nonglycosylated beta polypeptides indicated that their polymorphism is most probably due to variations in amino acid structure.

Tissue antigens, 1983
Antigen-specific T cell blasts may be separated from alloreactive cells on Percoll gradients. The absence of alloreactivity allowed us to study HLA-D/DR restriction of proliferative T cell responses towards PPD and HSV antigens using allogeneic antigen-presenting cells.

Antigens in human monocytes. III. Use of monocytes in typing for HLA-D related (DR) antigens.
Transplantation proceedings, 1979Monocyte preparations were obtained from the peripheral blood by adherence to plastic dishes. The number of monocytes obtained was significantly greater than the number of B cells recovered from similar samples. Monocytes could be frozen and thawed with relatively little loss in cell numbers or viability. Cytotoxicity tests were performed most reliably
