Association of Alport's syndrome with HLA-DR2 antigen in a group of unrelated patients
A few family studies have evaluated HLA antigens in Alport's syndrome; however, there are no large population studies. In the present report, we studied 40 unrelated white patients with Alport's syndrome seen at the Unit of Renal Transplantation, Faculty

HLA DR antigens and gold toxicity. [PDF]
One hundred and thirty-two patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated with gold have been studied for possible associations between HLA DR antigens and different adverse reactions occurring during such therapy. Patients possessing HLA DR3 had a significantly greater frequency of side effects than patients lacking this antigen.

Quantitative predictions of peptide binding to any HLA-DR molecule of known sequence: NetMHCIIpan.
CD4 positive T helper cells control many aspects of specific immunity. These cells are specific for peptides derived from protein antigens and presented by molecules of the extremely polymorphic major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II system. The

Expression of HLA-DR antigen in large bowel carcinoma [PDF]
One hundred large bowel carcinomas were studied immunohistochemically with regard to expression of HLA-DR antigen (DR). One or two sections from each tumor including surrounding normal mucosa were examined by a semiquantitative counting system for tumor cells and mucosal and stromal infiltrates of lymphocytes and mononuclear cells (MNCs) with DR ...
