Using a preclinical pancreatic cancer model, we identified that tumor progression restructures splenic immunity via myeloid cell expansion. MDCa@RBC‐Alipo nanobiologics were engineered to epigenetically and metabolically reprogram splenic myeloid cells, alleviating post‐ablation immunosuppression.

Enhancing Accessibility in Soft Robotics: Exploring Magnet-Embedded Paper-Based Interactions [PDF]
This paper explores the implementation of embedded magnets to enhance paper-based interactions. The integration of magnets in paper-based interactions simplifies the fabrication process, making it more accessible for building soft robotics systems. We discuss various interaction patterns achievable through this approach and highlight their potential ...

The bottom‐up strategy based on multiomics data is used for the SynCom design, and it successfully inhibited F. nucleatum growth and achieved stable colonization in vivo. In addition, it promoted tryptophan metabolism and secondary bile acid conversion, reduced lipid accumulation, relieved microbiome disorder, decreased inflammatory reaction, and ...

Large-Scale Multi-Character Interaction Synthesis [PDF]
Generating large-scale multi-character interactions is a challenging and important task in character animation. Multi-character interactions involve not only natural interactive motions but also characters coordinated with each other for transition. For example, a dance scenario involves characters dancing with partners and also characters coordinated ...

Sugar Functionalized Collagen Material for Local Modulation of Innate Immunity
Modulation of the innate immune response at the implant site can significantly influence adaptive immunity. A mannose‐functionalized collagen patch, termed the Local Immunotuning Patch (LIP), has been designed to engage mannose receptors on antigen‐presenting cells while exhibiting antibacterial properties. LIP orchestrates complex immune pathways that
