A 4‐year‐old spayed female mixed‐breed dog presented with a 2‐month history of vestibulo‐cerebellar ataxia and right head tilt. Clinical and MRI findings indicated right paradoxical vestibular syndrome with multifocal brain lesions and meningeal enhancement.
