Optimization of Material Density and Strength in Super Duplex 2507 Stainless Steel via Selective Laser Melting: CCD‐PSO‐DFA Approach

Systematic framework has been established to model, analyze, and optimize the properties of SLM parts. The major results drawn from the proposed work: CCD‐based modeling for density and UTS of SLM‐fabricated SDSS 2507. Scan speed showed the highest influence on density and tensile strength.
