Human IgA Monoclonal Antibodies That Neutralize Poliovirus, Produced by Hybridomas and Recombinant Expression

open access: yesAntibodies, 2020
Poliovirus (PV)-specific intestinal IgAs are important for cessation of PV shedding in the gastrointestinal tract following an acute infection with wild type or vaccine-derived PV strains.

Application of In-Cell ELISA assay for hybridoma screening and selection of promising producers of monoclonal antibodies

open access: yesУчёные записки Казанского университета: Серия Естественные науки, 2022
This study was motivated by the pressing need to obtain monoclonal antibodies (mAb) for research and medical purposes. Screening for mAb-producing hybridomas and evaluating various cell cultures requires a technique that combines the advantages of ...

Catalyst‐Free Collagen Filament Crosslinking for Engineering Anisotropic and Mechanically Robust Tissue Scaffolds

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A bioorthogonal rhodamine/PEG crosslinking strategy is introduced to engineer dense collagen hydrogels with high mechanical resilience and cytocompatibility. Integration with wet‐spinning enables the fabrication of uniaxially aligned, cell‐laden collagen filaments that activate mechanotransductive signaling and support functional muscle regeneration in

T cell receptor-dependent cell death of T cell hybridomas mediated by the CD30 cytoplasmic domain in association with tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factors

open access: yesJournal of Experimental Medicine, 1996
CD30 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily and a surface marker for Hodgkin's disease. Normal activated T cells and several virally transformed T or B cell lines also show CD30 expression.

Targeting DNA‐LNPs to Endothelial Cells Improves Expression Magnitude, Duration, and Specificity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Attaching antibodies against endothelial cell surface proteins redirects the delivery and expression of DNA‐lipid nanoparticles to organs of interest. Our targeted nanoparticles enable organ‐selective DNA expression in the endothelium of the lungs, brain, or spleen, providing a therapeutic platform for dozens of endothelial‐centric diseases.

Immunochemical evidence that human apoB differs when expressed in rodent versus human cells

open access: yesJournal of Lipid Research, 2003
LDL from human apolipoprotein B-100 (apoB-100) transgenic (HuBTg+/+) mice contains more triglyceride than LDL from normolipidemic subjects. To obtain novel monoclonal antibody (MAb) probes of apoB conformation, we generated hybridomas from HuBTg+/+ that ...

Substituent‐Based Modulation of Self‐Assembly and Immunogenicity of Amphipathic Peptides

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study systematically investigates how positional and subtle changes, such as substituents on the phenyl ring attached to short amphipathic peptides, influence their self‐assembly, fibril morphology, and immunogenic responses. ABSTRACT Self‐assembled peptide‐based biomaterials provide versatile platforms for biomedical uses, featuring customizable ...

Development of Monoclonal Antibody-Based EIA for Tetranor-PGDM which Reflects PGD2 Production in the Body

open access: yesJournal of Immunology Research, 2021
Tetranor-PGDM is a metabolite of PGD2. Urinary tetranor-PGDM levels were reported to be increased in some diseases, including food allergy, Duchenne muscular dystrophy, and aspirin-intolerant asthma. In this study, we developed a monoclonal antibody (MAb)
