Modification‐Selective Inhibition of Succinate Dehydrogenase a Enables Tumor‐Restricted Mitochondrial Modulation

This work identifies acetylation‐dependent SDHA homeostasis as a determinant of tumor‐specific metabolic vulnerability. Guided by this mechanism, a modification‐selective inhibitor, ZPI‐3, selectively targets non‐acetylated SDHA, achieving tumor‐restricted SDH inhibition and effective bladder cancer control. Cavity‐Enhanced Eye‐Readable Detection of 0.1% H2 via Active Modulation of Charge‐Transfer Plasmons

A cavity‐structured nanoparticle sensor is developed for highly sensitive, eye‐readable hydrogen detection. Its excellent colorimetric response arises from a hydrogen‐induced charge‐transfer mechanism: reduction of the dielectric oxide shell in H2 triggers a transition from the plasmonic gap mode to the charge‐transfer plasmon mode.
