Multi‐Targeting Carnosic Acid Kills Drug‐Resistant Helicobacter pylori With Narrow‐Spectrum Activity
Carnosic acid selectively eradicates drug‐resistant Helicobacter pylori through a multi‐targeted mechanism involving urease inhibition, membrane disruption, and biofilm eradication. It exhibits no detectable resistance, potent in vivo efficacy, and minimal impact on gut microbiota, positioning it as a promising narrow‐spectrum lead compound against ...

This study uncovers a metabolic‐epigenetic axis licensing zygotic genome activation (ZGA) in mouse embryos. A developmental decline in NAD+ levels activates PARP7, which mono‐ADP‐ribosylates and stabilizes UHRF1. This modification promotes the establishment of permissive histone acetylation marks, thereby facilitating timely ZGA.

This study identifies C4 as a lead inhibitor of the Lpt system. Notably, C4 potentiates colistin activity by disrupting LPS transport and remodeling phospholipid homeostasis, revealing a functional interplay between the Lpt and Mla systems. These findings establish a mechanistic link between Lpt inhibition and membrane lipid remodeling, positioning Lpt–

Chronic diabetic wounds are hindered by a “dual trap” of biofilm resistance and hyperinflammation. A mesoporous catalytic‐adsorptive nano‐regulator is developed to dismantle this barrier through simultaneous eDNA degradation and LPS sequestration. By silencing TLR4/9‐mediated signaling, the platform clears resilient pathogens and reprograms the immune ...

Increase in the Deposition of Aggregated Protein in the Glomeruli of Spontaneously Diabetic Mice
The aim of this study was to investigate the disposal of aggregated protein in the glomeruli of spontaneously diabetic mice. Diabetic mice, KK-Ay and db/db, and age-matched ICR mice were injected intravenously with aggregated bovine serum albumin (a-BSA)

Current Collector Engineering for New Efficient Bioresorbable Sodium‐Ion Batteries
A bioresorbable Na‐ion battery is proposed with Mo or Mg thin‐film current collectors for temporary implants. Mo‐based batteries exhibit superior electrochemical performance and stable cycling compared with Mg counterparts. XPS was used to investigate the Mo/Mg surface oxidation.

The effects of itraconazole on the immune responses in ICR mice.
Effects of itraconazole (ICZ) on the immune responses were studied in ICR mice. Mice were divided into 5 groups (10 mice/group), and ICZ at doses of 10, 20, 40 and 80 mg/kg were orally administered to mice once a day for 21 days. Mice were immunized and challenged with sheep red blood cells (SRBC).
