Pharmacokinetic engineering of clickable radioligands was achieved via albumin hitchhiking approach within a pretargeted radiotheranostics delivery platform. This approach reduced rapid renal elimination, expanded bioorthogonal capture window, boosted tumor uptake by ∼3.5‐fold, and improved the tumor‐to‐liver ratio by ∼6‐fold.

Structure of imidazole and imidazole-derivatives with atom numbering. [PDF]
The unsubstituted imidazole group is shown in the center. Other important imidazole molecules are shown: histidine (2-amino-3-(1H-imidazol-4-yl), adenine (9H–purin-6-amine), adenosine monophosphate (N9-ribosyl-adenine), and N6-ribosyladenine (which ...

Encoded Cell‐Material Interactions to Reroute Cytokine Signaling for Regenerative Medicine
We present native MATRIX (Material Activated To Regulate Inducible gene eXpression), a co‐engineered material‐cell platform. Surfaces functionalized with antibodies for endogenous soluble ligands (e.g., IL‐1β or IL‐6) capture and immobilize ligands for presentation to a cognate, engineered synthetic Notch receptor, releasing a transcription factor (TF)
