ROS‐Responsive Microneedle Patches Enable Peri‐Lacrimal Gland Therapeutic Administration for Long‐Acting Therapy of Sjögren's Syndrome‐Related Dry Eye

A new strategy for constructing smart gel‐based MN patches is developed to overcome the insufficient drug delivery of eye drops to the lacrimal gland. The gel‐based MN patches achieved long‐acting drug release in a ROS‐responsive manner, and separable base in a temperature‐responsive manner.
