This study investigates electromechanical PUFs that improve on traditional electric PUFs. The electron transport materials are coated randomly through selective ligand exchange. It produces multiple keys and a key with motion dependent on percolation and strain, and approaches almost ideal inter‐ and intra‐hamming distances.

Stable incremental deformation of a strip to high strain [PDF]
This paper presents the effect of combined stretching and bending on the achieved strain in\ud incremental sheet forming ISF. A simple two dimensional model of strip undergoing stretching and\ud travelling three point bending in cyclic form is used.

Electrically Tunable On‐Chip Topological Photonics with Integrated Carbon Nanotubes
This work demonstrates electrically tunable on‐chip topological THz devices by integrating 2D carbon nanotube (CNT) sheets with valley‐Hall photonic crystals, enabling broadband transmission modulation (71% modulation depth) and tunable narrowband filtering (0.54 GHz shift) through electrically induced thermal tuning. This advancement paves the way for

An improvement in blackbody cavity design [PDF]
Setting the axis of the conical cavity at an angle to the axis of observation removes the imperfection at the apex of the cone from the direct observation area of the radiometer.

Peptide Sequencing With Single Acid Resolution Using a Sub‐Nanometer Diameter Pore
To sequence a single molecule of Aβ1−42–sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), the aggregate is forced through a sub‐nanopore 0.4 nm in diameter spanning a 4.0 nm thick membrane. The figure is a visual molecular dynamics (VMD) snapshot depicting the translocation of Aβ1−42–SDS through the pore; only the peptide, the SDS, the Na+ (yellow/green) and Cl− (cyan ...

Molecular engineering of a nonconjugated radical polymer enables a significant enhancement of the glass transition temperature. The amorphous nature and tunability of the polymer, arising from its nonconjugated backbone, facilitates the fabrication of organic memristive devices with an exceptionally high yield (>95%), as well as substantial ...

Growth and business cycles with imperfect credit markets [PDF]
We study the process of growth and business cycles in an open economy which has access to international ¯nancial markets. The ¯nancial market imperfection originates from costly state veri¯cation and a positive probability of default on loans. The degree

Phenomenology of Space-time Imperfection II: Local Defects
We propose a phenomenological model for the scattering of particles on space-time defects in a treatment that maintains Lorentz-invariance on the average. The local defects considered here cause a stochastic violation of momentum conservation.
