β‐Catenin/c‐Myc Axis Modulates Autophagy Response to Different Ammonia Concentrations
Ammonia, detoxified by the liver into urea and glutamine, impacts autophagy differently at varying levels. Low ammonia activates autophagy via c‐Myc and β‐catenin, while high levels suppress it. Using Huh7 cells and Spf‐ash mice, c‐Myc's role in cytoprotective autophagy is revealed, offering insights into hyperammonemia and potential therapeutic ...

INTRODUCTION: In the kinematic analysis of most human joints continuous motion can be simulated by a sequence of finite motion steps of one part of the joint relative to the other part. In previous studies different experimental setups were used in vitro

Correlation of Cidality under physiology of in-vitro vs. in-vivo.
The low pH condition appears to be the ideal screening system (R = 0.9856) showing linearity during a correlation of different in-vitro screens of alternate stress responses versus the in-vivo outcome for selection of cidal inhibitors.

Lipidic nanoparticles (LNPs) were incubated with 21 gut bacteria frequently associated with the human microbiome. SAXS revealed that ∼75% of tested species induced structural transformations in monoolein LNPs, whereas phytantriol and phospholipid formulations remained unaffected.

The nanostructure, size, and function of mRNA‐loaded lipid nanoparticles are evaluated before drying, within polymer microneedles, and after rehydration. The results reveal the polymer and LNP loadings required to recover nanostructure and preserve the delivery performance in dry‐state formulations.
