A membrane-based ELISA assay for the herbicide Isoproturon in soil samples [PDF]
A membrane based enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (MELISA) for the detection of a common herbicide, isoproturon is described. A heterogeneous competitive ELISA was the format chosen for isoproturon detection.

Development of an Indirect Competitive ELISA of DDT
Indirect competitive enzyme immunoassays of DDT based on polyclonal antibodies have been developed. The limit of detection and limit of quantification were 0.3 nmol l m 1 and 4.2 nmol l m 1 , respectively. Non-specific interaction was eliminated by the saturation of the solid phase with 2% human serum albumin.

Development of Competitive Indirect ELISA for the Detection of Buckwheat in Processed Foods [PDF]
We developed a competitive indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ciELISA) for determining the buckwheat content in processed foods by using rabbit polyclonal antibodies against buckwheat proteins (BWP). The detection limit of this assay was 0.05-100 μg/mL.
