Thermally Driven Supramolecular Chirality Evolution in Low‐Bandgap Fused‐Ring Conjugated Molecules for High‐Performance NIR Circularly Polarized Light Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A supramolecular chirality evolution strategy in chiral low‐bandgap fused‐ring conjugated molecules enables high‐performance near‐infrared (NIR) circularly polarized light photodetection. Halogen substitution and thermal annealing induce chiral amplification and hierarchical ordering. Integrated into Schottky barrier vertical transistors, the optimized

Targeted Delivery of Indole‐3‐Pyruvic Acid Suppresses Macrophage Ferroptosis to Enhance CD8+ T Cell‐Mediated Immunotherapy Response in Bladder Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A microbiota‐derived metabolite, indole‐3‐pyruvic acid, suppresses macrophage ferroptosis through the AHR–NF‐κB–SLC7A11 axis. This preserves CD8+ T cell function in bladder cancer. Macrophage‐targeted nanoparticles enhance indole‐3‐pyruvic acid delivery and overcome resistance to PD‐1 blockade.

Palladium-Catalyzed C3-Benzylation of Indoles [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
A general method for regioselective C3-benzylation of indoles has been developed. Various 3-substituted indoles and benzyl methyl carbonates with different electronic properties react under mild conditions to afford a diverse range of 3-benzylindolenine ...

Metagenomic Association Uncovers Host Genotype‐Structured Rhizobacterial Networks and Novel Taxa That Enhance Soybean Salt Tolerance

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An STI‐guided metagenomic association framework links soybean salt‐tolerance phenotypes with rhizosphere microbiome composition and network organization in natural saline soils. The approach identifies candidate beneficial taxa, including Thalassospira xiamenensis, and provides an efficient strategy for mining stress‐protective microbes from native ...

Regioselective hydrodebromination of polybrominated indoles [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
The mixture of sodium borohydride and N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine in combination with a palladium catalyst is a mild and efficient system for the regioselective hydrodebromination of polybrominated indoles with both N-donating and N-withdrawing ...

Pd‐Catalyzed Asymmetric Dearomative Heck/Tsuji‐Trost Difunctionalization of Naphthalenes

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We have developed a palladium‐catalyzed asymmetric dearomative Heck/Tsuji‐Trost 1,4‐difunctionalization reaction of naphthalenes, affording 4‐aminospirocyclohexene oxindole products bearing two remote chiral centers. Through the effect of the newly designed chiral sulfinamide phosphine ligand with large steric hindrance, side reactions are inhibited ...
