Advanced Science, EarlyView.Nickel‐hydride‐catalyzed enantio‐ and regioselective hydroselenylation of unactivated alkenes provides access to chiral organoselenium compounds. Enantiodetermining Ni–H insertion followed by single‐electron diselenide activation generates selenyl radical.
