SusMat, EarlyView.For the first time, phase‐controllable synthesis of 2D inorganic molecular crystals PAs3S3 are successfully realized by kinetics‐controlled vertical microspacing sublimation method. Due to the different arrangements of molecules, the two phases exhibit distinct SHG property, intermolecular forces, and Young's modulus of the R3m phase (21.31 GPa) is 69%
