Aging Is a Key Driver for Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia
Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a classical age‐related hematologic malignancy, and a key driver of AML is aging, which profoundly regulates intrinsic factors such as genomic instability, epigenetic reprogramming, and metabolic dysregulation, and alters bone marrow microenvironment.

Based on zero curvature equations from semidirect sums of Lie algebras, we construct tri-integrable couplings of the Giachetti-Johnson (GJ) hierarchy of soliton equations and establish Hamiltonian structures of the resulting tri-integrable couplings by ...

We present a new set of boundary conditions for General Relativity on AdS3, where the dynamics of the boundary degrees of freedom are described by two independent left and right members of the Gardner hierarchy of integrable equations, also known as the “

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.

Symmetries and integrable systems
Symmetry plays key roles in modern physics especially in the study of integrable systems because of the existence of infinitely many local and nonlocal generalized symmetries.

In this paper, we mainly give the Lie algebras E, F and H of three kinds and their commutator, respectively. Next, we establish three isospectral problems with the help of their corresponding loop algebras Ẽ, F̃, and H̃.

Clustering Algorithm Reveals Dopamine‐Motor Mismatch in Cognitively Preserved Parkinson's Disease
ABSTRACT Objective To explore the relationship between dopaminergic denervation and motor impairment in two de novo Parkinson's disease (PD) cohorts. Methods n = 249 PD patients from Parkinson's Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI) and n = 84 from an external clinical cohort.

Two Kinds of New Integrable Couplings of the Negative-Order Korteweg-de Vries Equation
Based on some known loop algebras with finite dimensions, two different negative-order integrable couplings of the negative-order Korteweg-de Vries (KdV) hierarchy of evolution equations are generated by making use of the Tu scheme, from which the ...

Value of MRI Outcomes for Preventive and Early‐Stage Trials in Spinocerebellar Ataxias 1 and 3
ABSTRACT Objective To examine the value of MRI outcomes as endpoints for preventive and early‐stage trials of two polyglutamine spinocerebellar ataxias (SCAs). Methods A cohort of 100 participants (23 SCA1, 63 SCA3, median Scale for the Assessment and Rating of Ataxia (SARA) score = 5, 42% preataxic, and 14 gene‐negative controls) was scanned at 3T up ...
