SERS Facemask for Rapid and Portable Sensing Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Antigens for TB Screening

Our study introduced an Au─Ag embedded covalent organic framework (U@COF) ‐mediated facemask for sensing TB antigen ESAT‐6/CFP‐10 complex in clinical droplet samples toward TB screening. Rational Design of Broad‐Spectrum Anti‐Enteroviral Molecular Glues Targeting Enteroviral RNAi Suppressors

By leveraging this homodimerization mechanism, molecular glues were rationally designed to induce dysfunctional 3A dimerization, thereby restoring antiviral RNAi. The optimal molecular glue, VTP‐32, demonstrated potent and pan‐enterovirus (groups A, B, D) antiviral effects.

This study reports a novel rationally‐designed optical nanoprobe based on dumbbell‐shaped mesoporous silica‐coated gold nanorods, loaded with rare‐earth oxides, photosensitizers, and tumor‐targeted peptides, enabling plasmonic‐enhanced multimodal imaging and PTT‐PDT synergy.

Engineering Oncolytic Virus‐Armed Macrophages for Enhanced Cancer Immunotherapy

ZIFOA‐M is engineered by conjugating oncolytic adenovirus‐loaded ZIF‐8 nanoparticles onto macrophage surfaces via bioorthogonal chemistry. Upon tumor infiltration, the platform releases OA to downregulate CD47/CD24 on tumor cells, restoring macrophage phagocytosis.

Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer Cells Utilize IL8 and CXCL1 to Suppress NK Cells’ Function and Facilitate Cancer Metastasis

Triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells evade natural killer (NK) cell immunity by secreting IL8 and CXCL1. These chemokines suppress NK cells’ function via CXCR1/2 and enhance cancer cells’ survival through PD‐L1 upregulation and BCL‐2 anti‐apoptotic signaling.
