Sex differences in medication discontinuation in axial spondyloarthritis.
Objective We examined sex differences in medication discontinuation among patients with axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) initiating tumor necrosis factor inhibitors (TNFi), interleukin‐17 inhibitors (IL‐17i), or Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi). Methods Using data from the Rheumatology Informatics System for Effectiveness (RISE) Registry (2003–2025), we ...

Biological Functions of Interleukin-21 and Its Role in Inflammation
Interleukin-21 (IL-21), the most recently discovered CD132-dependent cytokine, is mainly produced by activated T lymphocytes, particularly the inflammatory Th17 subset, and is believed to be a key factor in the transition between innate and acquired ...

A microphysiological lung fibrosis model recapitulates myofibroblast–vascular interactions. Induced myofibroblasts and patient‐derived IPF fibroblasts impair angiogenesis and increase vascular permeability via TGF‐β1–driven signaling. Pharmacological interventions with SB 431542 and VEGF supplementation restore vascular morphology and barrier function.
