Ru–Mn composite nanozymes are engineered to mimic dual‐enzyme cascade catalysis, enabling efficient ROS clearance and neuroinflammation suppression. In collagenase‐ and autologous blood‐induced ICH mouse models, intranasal and intravenous administration reduced hematoma volume, preserved BBB integrity, and improved neurological recovery.

ABSTRACT Self‐healing materials represent a paradigm shift in designing functional biomedical devices for drug delivery, tissue regeneration, and 3D bioprinting. However, their clinical translation remains limited by challenges such as insufficient mechanical strength, potential cytotoxicity from chemical modifications, and complex activation ...

Secreted Nonstructural Protein 3 is a Pathogenic Determinant of Orbivirus
This study uncovers a conserved PIP2‐dependent secretory pathway of orbivirus NS3 that induces vascular leakage. Pharmacological disruption of PIP2‐NS3 interaction significantly reduces viral pathogenicity and provides protective efficacy in murine models, establishing PIP2‐mediated NS3 secretion as both a key virulence determinant and a promising ...

Statins and intracerebral hemorrhage
Objective To briefly review the literature regarding the impact of statins on the prevention and treatment of stroke, especially on intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). We described statins' effects, mechanism of ICH, serum total cholesterol and ICH, and the relationship between statins and ICH ...

After spinal cord injury, adult microglia remain persistently activated with chronic PRMT6 (protein arginine methyltransferase 6) upregulation. Prmt6 deficiency or inhibition reestablishes microglial homeostasis and promotes a scar‐limited repairment, enhancing axonal regrowth.

Early postoperative blood pressure variability independently predicts poor 90‐day functional outcomes in AIS‐LVO patients after mechanical thrombectomy, with the adverse effect amplified in those with pre‐existing hypertension. Maintaining stable blood pressure in the early postoperative period may improve recovery in this high‐risk population ABSTRACT

Nonbacterial thrombotic endocarditis presenting as intracerebral hemorrhage. [PDF]
Nonbacterial thrombotic endocarditis is a rare cause of valvular heart disease, most commonly associated with advanced malignancy. The morbidity of this kind of endocarditis lies in its tendency to embolize, while the valve function is usually preserved.
