HECTD1 emerges as an upstream amplifier of Th17 metabolic programming by promoting K63‐linked ubiquitination of IGF2BP3 and enhancing HIF‐1α translation. HIF‐1α reciprocally drives HECTD1 transcription, establishing a positive regulatory loop that sustains glycolysis and Th17 differentiation.

Large Oncosomes Induce Pro‐Metastatic Stromal‐Myeloid Reprogramming
Large oncosomes systemically reprogram bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells through innate nucleic acid sensing, driving inflammatory and immunosuppressive remodeling that supports a metastasis‐permissive bone marrow environment, revealing a novel tumor‐host communication axis in cancer. ABSTRACT Bone metastasis can be facilitated by systemic remodeling,

In Vivo CRISPR Screen Identifies RPS19 as an Immunotherapy Target in Hepatocellular Carcinoma
By employing in vivo CRISPR functional screening, we identify ribosomal protein RPS19 as a pivotal mediator driving immune evasion in hepatocellular carcinoma, wherein tumor‑released RPS19 binds C5aR1 on tumor‑associated macrophages to initiate downstream immunosuppressive signaling; SP94‑peptide‑modified SNPSS nanoparticles deliver Cas9/sgRPS19 ...

Plasma Membrane Lipid Asymmetry Dynamically Regulates Passive Diffusion
Passive diffusion enables hydrophobic molecules to cross the plasma membrane and exert their biological functions. This study demonstrates that plasma membrane lipid asymmetry, dynamically regulated by lipid scrambling, determines membrane permeability to lipophilic molecules and thereby modulates their cellular activities.
