Background and Purpose The antiepileptic drug ethosuximide (ETX) suppresses epileptiform activity in a mouse model of GNB1 syndrome, caused by mutations in Gβ1 protein, likely through the inhibition of G‐protein gated K+ (GIRK) channels.
