Uremic cardiomyopathy (UCM) is a life‐threatening complication of uremia. We find that extracellular vesicle (EV)‐miR‐744‐5p mediates peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC)‐cardiomyocyte communication in UCM. Salvianolic acid B treats UCM by modulating EV‐miR‐744‐5p expression.
