Recursive Justification and Kant’s Civil Condition: Some Comments on Flikschuh’s Account of Nomadic Rights

open access: yesCon-textos Kantianos: International Journal of Philosophy, 2017
Katrin Flikschuh presses Karl Amerik’s notion of recursive justification into service with respect to the question whether nomads have an obligation to enter statehood.

ZrCo3B2 and HfCo3B2 Electrodes Go on Stage for Oxygen Evolution Reaction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The intermetallic compounds ZrCo3B2 and HfCo3B2 with distinctive chemical bonding features are excellent OER precursors, restructuring into OER‐active electrocatalysts delivering significantly high OER activities compared to the elemental Co, which is obvious from their lower onset potentials and increased obtained current densities.

Poverty level evaluation on the basis of the fuzzy logic formalism

open access: yesСовременные информационные технологии и IT-образование, 2017
In this article the problems are considered connected with poverty rate evaluation on the basis of a fuzzy logic formalism on the example of the elderly population.

Beyond Conventional: A Review of Phytochemical‐Hydrogel Systems Enhanced by AI and 3D Printing for Chronic Wound Management

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This review systematically bridges chronic wound pathology with natural phytochemical hydrogel therapeutics. A pathology‐to‐phytochemical mechanistic mapping framework is established, linking specific wound hallmarks to targeted phytochemical interventions.

Logika Keilmuan Kalam: Tinjauan Filsafat Ilmu

open access: yesEsensia: Jurnal Ilmu-Ilmu Ushuluddin, 2015
Some contemporary scholars consider that the logical science of Kalam was patterned apologetic, and dogmatic. This kind of scientific logic makes the Science of Kalam less responsive to developments and changing times.

The road to modern logic - an interpretation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2001
This paper aims to outline an analysis and interpretation of the process that led to First-Order Logic and its consolidation as a core system of modern logic.

Atomically Modulating Competing Exchange Interactions in Centrosymmetric Skyrmion Hosts GdRu2X2 (X = Si and Ge)

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Our work bridges the gap between skyrmion discovery and material design by demonstrating how atomic‐scale control of exchange interactions enables tunable skyrmion phase transitions in centrosymmetric magnetic metals. ABSTRACT Magnetic skyrmions are topologically protected spin states that hold promise for shaping the future of electronics.

The Justification of the Basic Laws of Logic

open access: yesJournal of Philosophical Logic, 2015
Attributing the properties of logical truth or logical consequence to a schematic sentence or argument is an activity, the belief to which should be justified. The author first analyses the claim that this belief is justified by the fact that logic is analytic.

SPICE‐Compatible Compact Modeling of Cuprate‐Based Memristors Across a Wide Temperature Range

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A physics‐guided compact model for YBCO memristors is introduced, incorporating carrier trapping, field‐induced detrapping, and a differential balance equation to describe their switching dynamics. The model is compared with experiments and implemented in LTspice, allowing realistic circuit‐level simulations.

Herbrand's Phenomena in Justification Logic

open access: yes, 2017
Justification logic is a refinement of modal logic that views the modality as an existential quantifier over justifications. Thus, both modal and justification logic can be viewed as sublanguages of the same first-order language with terms ranging over ...
