Taxonomic, phylogenetic and functional diversity patterns of Saturniidae moth communities along a tropical forest recovery gradient in Ecuador

open access: yesInsect Conservation and Diversity, EarlyView.
Diverse Saturniidae moth communities are found in naturally recovering tropical forests in Ecuador. Community composition showed a gradual turnover with strongest differences between old‐growth forest and active agriculture, but only weak differences in taxonomic, phylogenetic and functional diversity. While our results suggest that Saturniidae are not

The geometry of pMHC‐coated nanoparticles and T‐cell receptor clusters governs the sensitivity‐specificity trade‐off in T‐cell response: a modeling investigation

open access: yesImmunology &Cell Biology, EarlyView.
Using numerical Monte Carlo simulations of nanoparticle‐T‐cell receptors binding, we show that the spatial organization of surface receptors is important for affinity‐based discrimination of peptide‐major histocompatibility complex ligands. Interaction geometry modulates the sensitivity of the T‐cell response to both ligand concentration and binding ...

Macrocyclic Molecular Glues for the 14‐3‐3/ChREBP Interaction: Affinity and Cooperativity in an Inverse Relationship

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, Volume 138, Issue 6, 2 February 2026.
Macrocycles are effective molecular glues to stabilize the 14‐3‐3/ChREBP interaction. Linker length modulation uncovered an inverse correlation between the macrocycle binding affinity to 14‐3‐3 and its cooperativity in 14‐3‐3/ChREBP stabilization.

Single‐molecule validation and optimised protocols for the use of secondary nanobodies in multiplexed immunoassays

open access: yesJournal of Microscopy, EarlyView.
Abstract Recently developed secondary nanobodies or single‐domain antibodies present a powerful tool for immunodetection. Unlike traditional antibodies, their monovalence enables pre‐association with primary antibodies prior to sample staining, presenting a straightforward affinity‐based antibody labelling solution.
