Proliferation Activity in Parathyroid Adenomas and Its Relation to the Clinical Parameters
Parathyroid adenomas are most frequently responsible for primary hyperparathyroidism. Ki-67 is an useful antigen which determines proliferation activity in adenoma, hyperplasia and carcinoma of the parathyroid glands.

The hyperactivation of PI3K/AKT signaling in PTEN wild‐type triple‐negative breast cancer represents a clinical paradox. We delineate a novel post‐translational regulatory axis wherein the oncogene TSPYL5 competitively antagonizes the deubiquitinase USP10.

This study elucidates that β‐elemene promotes cellular uptake of L. gasseri‐derived lactate by enhancing the membrane translocation of MCT1 in a CD147‐dependent manner. Intracellular lactate, through the lactylation of RBBP4 at the K26 site, recruits EP300 to the promoter regions of downstream genes (POLD1/POLD3), catalyzing H3K27ac modification.

Relation Between Primary Tumor Suvmax Value, Ki-67 Proliferation Index and Axillary Metastasis in Patients with Triple Negative Breast Cancer [PDF]
Objective: The aim of our study was to determine the relationship between fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) uptake, expressed as SUVmax of the primary tumor in F-18 FDG positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) for staging in triple-negative ...

This study identifies ARID3A as a key immunosuppressive transcription factor in TNBC. Its inhibition activates the type I IFN pathway, boosting CD8+ T cell infiltration and sensitizing tumors to anti‐PD‐1. The FDA‐approved migraine drug Rimegepant targets ARID3A, enhances immunotherapy efficacy in preclinical models, and establishes a druggable axis to

The 10B‐enriched monocarbonyl analog of curcumin (BMAC) 10B‐9 enables site‐specific Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) on amyloid‐β (Aβ) fibrils. Neutron irradiation induces histidine oxidation and fibril destabilization, as revealed by 1H‐NMR and FESEM analyses.

The pattern of Ki-67 and bcl-2 expression in Lymphoid Malignancies [PDF]
The International Working Formulation divides non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) into three grades: low, intermediate and high. This grading system implies rate of tumour growth and hence prognosis.

Traction Force Microscopy for Viscoelastic Substrates: A Semi‐Analytical Method
A semi‐analytical viscoelastic traction force microscopy framework is introduced for quantifying time‐resolved cell tractions on flat finite‐thickness substrates. The method generalizes elastic traction force microscopy to Generalized Maxwell materials, identifies when elastic approximations remain valid and, when they do not, shows that inferred ...
