Mixture Density Networks-Based Knock Simulator [PDF]
The engine knock simulator is useful for the evaluation of the feedback knock controllers and also the calibration of the feedforward control input without experiments in spark-ignition engines. This article proposes a mixture density network (MDN)-based

Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Normal hearing and synaptic transmission at afferent auditory inner hair cell (IHC) synapses require otoferlin. Deafness DFNB9, caused by mutations in the OTOF gene encoding otoferlin, might be treated by transferring wild‐type otoferlin cDNA into IHCs ...

Effect of fuel-air mixture dilution on knock intensity
Effect of fuel-air mixture diluted by inert gas on knock intensity was investigated by using a rapid compression and expansion machine. Dilution of fuel-air mixture decreased knock intensity.
