open access: yes, 2023
Груши – хорошо известный и распространённый вид фруктов, однако потери при их хранении могут достигать от 20 до 60 % собранного урожая. Это делает актуальным проведение исследований, направленных на повышение эффективности способов их хранения.

The Correlation between Cellular Features and Gene Expression in ‘Korla’ Fragrant Pear [PDF]

open access: yesHortScience, 2020
‘Korla’ fragrant pear (Pyrus sinkiangensis T.T. Yu) variety has shown severe coarse skin in recent years. The intrinsic quality of its coarse fruit shows an increase in the number of stone cells and poor taste. In this study, stone cells and the cell wall of coarse pear (CP) and normal pear (NP) during various development stages were compared using ...

Preparation of a multilayer antibacterial film and its application for controlling postharvest disease in temperate fruit (including apple, pear, and peach) under ambient storage

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 11, Issue 9, Page 5188-5198, September 2023., 2023
The CS‐LEO/CMC‐e‐PL LbL self‐assembly coating notably controlled postharvest pathogen rot on fruit, and reduced the loss of fruit during storage and transportation. Our results suggest that the polysaccharide‐based edible coating prepared in this work may offer an alternative to synthetic waxes.

Synthetic Nasonov gland pheromone enhances abundance and visitation of honeybee, Apis mellifera, in Korla fragrant pear, Pyrus sinkiangensis

open access: yesAgricultural and Forest Entomology, Volume 25, Issue 3, Page 365-374, August 2023., 2023
Abstract Korla fragrant pear (Pyrus sinkiangensis Yü) depends on cross‐pollination by honeybees (Apis mellifera) but may suffer from low honeybee visitation. We assessed whether honeybee abundance and visitation frequency are enhanced by using synthetic Nasonov gland pheromone (NGP), which is naturally produced by worker bees to stimulate the ...

Effect of spectrum measurement position on detection of Klason lignin content of snow pears by a portable NIR spectrometer

open access: yesFood and Energy Security, Volume 12, Issue 3, May 2023., 2023
Compared with the local spectrum position models and the global spectrum position model, the average spectrum position model combining the nine measurement positions(three stem‐calyx longitudes intersected three latitudes (stem, equator, calyx)) produced good prediction results and reduced the sensitivity to the variation of the spectral measurement ...

Study on the Fragrant Pear-Picking Sequences Based on the Multiple Weighting Method

open access: yesAgriculture, 2023
The production of the Korla fragrant pear is significant, but the optimal harvesting time is short; therefore, the reasonable use of mechanical arms for harvesting is conducive to promoting the sustainable development of the fragrant pear industry.

Rapid non‐destructive analysis of lignin using NIR spectroscopy and chemo‐metrics

open access: yesFood and Energy Security, Volume 10, Issue 3, August 2021., 2021
In this paper, we employ NIR spectroscopy combined with synergy interval partial least squares (SiPLS), optimized bootstrapping soft shrinkage method (FRC‐BOSS) and partial least square regression (PLSR) to select feature wavelength for rapid and nondestructive analysis of lignin content in ‘Snow’ pears.
