Integrative QSP Modeling of Cancer Stem Cells in Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer: Impacts on Tumor Immunity and Response to Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors

open access: yesCPT: Pharmacometrics &Systems Pharmacology, Volume 15, Issue 4, April 2026.
ABSTRACT Cancer stem cells (CSCs) contribute to an immunosuppressive microenvironment through complex mechanisms and tumor‐immune interactions. However, the key determinants of CSC characteristics in driving tumor progression, immune suppression, and response to ICIs remain unclear and require systematic investigation.

Increased incidence of abnormal TREC/ KREC levels is revealed in virtually healthy individuals over the post-pandemic period

open access: yesМедицинская иммунология
The COVID-19 pandemic has posed an unprecedented challenge to global public health. Poor clinical outcomes in COVID-19 were associated with a pathogenic triad of interrelated mechanisms: immune dysregulation, coagulopathy, and secondary immunodeficiency,

Preparation of Railway Infrastructure for the Operation of Tilting Trains

open access: yesPromet (Zagreb), 2006
The tilting technology appeared as an idea more than 50years ago. The idea started to be applied in the design of transportmeans in a more significant manner during the 80s of thelast century, and has experienced major development duringthe last decade ...

All‐Inorganic Perovskite@SiO2 Quantum Dots for Amplifying the Interfacial Electric Field on WO3 Toward Enhanced Photoelectrochemical Water Splitting

open access: yesSusMat, Volume 6, Issue 2, April 2026.
We suggest a systematic hybridization strategy of a core‐shell structure comprising zero‐dimensional CsPbBr3 perovskite quantum dots, passivated by an ultra‐thin SiO2 shell (PQD@SiO2), on two‐dimensional WO3 nanoflakes photoanode. The ultra‐thin SiO2 shell safeguards the directly exposed PQDs against aqueous electrolyte‐driven decomposition and self ...

A Platinum (II) Polyyne Oligomers Donor for Efficient Ternary Organic Solar Cells

open access: yesSolar RRL, Volume 10, Issue 6, 29 March 2026.
Platinum (II) polyyne oligomers P5 are used as a donor in a ternary organic solar cell. The average power conversion efficiency of 16% surpasses the international record for [Pt] (II) polyyne oligomers. PC71BM speeds up the rise time for electron transfer and slows down the recombination time.

Newborn screening for severe combined immunodeficiency: feasibility, opportunities, and perspectives

open access: yesZdorovʹe Rebenka, 2020
Newborn screening is reasonable for rare conditions that cause serious health problems that are not defined by standard clinical examination but have effective methods of correction, and for which early diagnosis and treatment are important to achieve a ...

TREC and KREC concentration in the screening of inborn errors of immunity

open access: yesRussian Journal of Allergy
BACKGROUND: The lack of accessible screening for inborn errors of immunity in adults significantly complicates the diagnosis of these conditions. In more than half of the cases, this leads to delayed disease detection and the development of irreversible complications in patients.

TREC and KREC profiles in patients with inborn errors of immunity

open access: yesRossiyskiy Vestnik Perinatologii i Pediatrii (Russian Bulletin of Perinatology and Pediatrics)
TREC/KREC analysis is utilized in neonatal screening for the detection of primary immunodeficiencies caused by genetic defects in proteins essential for T- and B-lymphocyte development. However, the diagnostic value of this method for the postnatal detection of various primary immunodeficiency forms has not yet been fully established.

Engineering Bilayer Tandem Catalysts on Si‐Based Photocathodes for High‐performance CO2 Reduction to Produce Methane

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, Volume 38, Issue 15, 12 March 2026.
A Cu/Ag‐Cu bilayer tandem catalyst is designed for a pyramid‐structured p‐Si photocathode, creating multiple and functionally distinct interfaces tailored to specific reaction steps and intermediate stabilization. This Cu/Ag‐Cu‐decorated p‐Si photocathode exhibits both high photocurrent and good selectivity for photoelectrochemical CO2 reduction to CH4.
