Characteristic Analysis and Decision Model of Lane-Changing Game for Intelligent Connected Vehicles
To study the lane-change interaction characteristics of intelligent connected vehicles (ICVs) and reduce the risk of vehicle lane-changing decisions, a decision model based on the lane-changing game characteristics of the ICV is proposed in this paper ...

Research and modeling of the lane-changing behavior on the approach
In order to analyze the lane-changing behavior on the upstream of the intersections, based on the cellular automata traffic theory, a comprehensive lane-changing model for the traffic flow near the approach is proposed by combining the improved mandatory lane-changing model and discretionary lane-changing model.

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

Modeling of Lane Changing Behavior of Connected Driving Based on Vehicle Interaction Potential
Aiming at the interactive behavior of vehicles changing lanes in the intelligent network traffic environment, the relative position of vehicle, speed, acceleration, and steering angle are introduced to correct the molecular interaction potential, and the

Towards Tactical Lane Change Behavior Planning for Automated Vehicles [PDF]
Recently, automated driving has more and more been transformed from an exciting vision into hands on reality by prototypes. While drivers are used to assistance and maybe even automation for driving within a lane, it is exciting to dare a step ahead: Deciding and executing tactical maneuvers like lane changes in automated vehicles without any human ...

The MRP4 transporter exports several drugs and signaling molecules. Here, we identified key promoter elements regulating basal MRP4 expression. Using reporter assays, we defined a conserved region with essential Sp1 and contributory Ets sites, which controlled basal MRP4 expression.

Acute caffeine treatment protects the developing retina from ischemia‐induced cell death
Caffeine reduces cell death in the developing retina under ischemia (OGD). This effect does not involve BDNF upregulation or antioxidant pathways (NRF2/VEGF). Neuroprotection occurs mainly through adenosine A2A receptor antagonism, decreasing glutamate release and excitotoxicity, highlighting caffeine's potential as an acute neuroprotective agent in ...

Lane-changing behavior is an important component of traffic simulation. A lane-changing action is normally confined to a decision-making process of the task, and the action itself is sometimes assumed as an instantaneous event. Besides, the lane-changing

Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...
