Influence of Lane-Changing Behavior on Traffic Flow Velocity in Mixed Traffic Environment

open access: yesJournal of Advanced Transportation, 2022
In mixed traffic with autonomous vehicles, the relationship between speed and lane-changing behavior is an important basis for mixed traffic control. In this study, we use empirical, simulation, and data-driven methods to study the relationship between ...

Pharmacological inhibition of the PERK pathway modulates hepatocellular carcinoma growth and immune signaling

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

Modeling Lane-Changing Behavior in Freeway Off-Ramp Areas from the Shanghai Naturalistic Driving Study

open access: yesJournal of Advanced Transportation, 2018
The objective of this study is to investigate lane-changing characteristics in freeway off-ramp areas using Shanghai Naturalistic Driving Study (SH-NDS) data, considering a four-lane freeway stretch in various traffic conditions.

Loss of AMBRA1 activates MAPK and angiogenesis signaling pathways in melanoma cells

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Loss of AMBRA1 in melanoma cells activates multiple oncogenic pathways associated with tumor progression. Transcriptomic and protein network analyses revealed that AMBRA1 depletion enhances MAPK/ERK signaling, angiogenesis, TGF‐β/EMT signaling, and Wnt/axon guidance pathways.

Dynamic Multiobjective Optimization of Lane-Changing Trajectories Based on Reinforcement Learning

open access: yesJournal of Advanced Transportation
To enhance the rationality of lane-changing decisions and the adaptability of trajectory planning, this study incorporates short-term driving styles to construct a multiobjective optimized lane-changing trajectory planning model based on naturalistic ...

Unraveling 4‐Phenylbutyrate's Therapeutic Role in SLC6A1 Disorders: Pharmacochaperoning Over HDAC Inhibition

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Variants in SLC6A1, encoding the GABA transporter 1 (GAT‐1), cause epilepsy, autism spectrum disorder, and developmental delay via loss of GABA uptake, impaired trafficking, and ER retention. We previously found that 4‐Phenylbutyrate (PBA), an FDA‐approved drug, restores GABA uptake and reduces seizures in SLC6A1‐related disorders ...

Integrating Patient‐Reported Quality Measures in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus: Development of the American College of Rheumatology Implementation Guide

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective To support high‐quality, patient‐centered care for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) developed evidence‐based measures incorporating clinical and patient‐reported outcome measures (PROMs). Using the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR), we conducted semistructured interviews ...

A Long‐Lived Human Neurovascular PENTA Culture Model Captures Incomplete Vascular Repair and Glia‐Associated Signaling After Traumatic Brain Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
A long‐lived, five‐cell‐type human neurovascular (PENTA) model recreates vascular disorganization and incomplete repair after traumatic brain injury (TBI). By integrating endothelial, glial, neuronal, and immune components within a 3D scaffold, the platform enables time‐resolved analysis of neurovascular remodeling and provides a human‐relevant system ...
