The pre‐regenerative vascular niche (PVN) is essential for nerve repair, yet its endothelial blueprint remains unclear. We identified angiogenic ECs (AECs) as the dominant pre‐regenerative subset and found that antler blood–derived exosomes (AB‐EXO) promote repair via IMP3.

The present study shows that Nrf2 directly binds to the Gm26550 promoter, thereby activating Gm26550 transcription and increasing its expression. Mechanistically, Gm26550 promotes IGF1 expression by functionally antagonizing miR‐26a‐5p‐mediated repression and sequestering the RBP KHSRP, thereby enhancing hippocampal neuronal synaptic plasticity and ...

Sustainable Materials Design With Multi‐Modal Artificial Intelligence
Critical mineral scarcity, high embodied carbon, and persistent pollution from materials processing intensify the need for sustainable materials design. This review frames the problem as multi‐objective optimization under heterogeneous, high‐dimensional evidence and highlights multi‐modal AI as an enabling pathway.

Release of P-TEFb from the Super Elongation Complex promotes HIV-1 latency reversal.
The persistence of HIV-1 in long-lived latent reservoirs during suppressive antiretroviral therapy (ART) remains one of the principal barriers to a functional cure. Blocks to transcriptional elongation play a central role in maintaining the latent state,

Molecular editing of bilobalide uncovers BB56, a PREP‐engaging chemotype with enhanced anti‐inflammatory activity in microglia. Integrated CETSA‐MS, SAR, and pathway analyses link BB56 to attenuation of p38 MAPK/NF‐κB and NLRP3‐associated inflammatory signaling, highlighting bilobalide editing as a strategy for developing neuroinflammation‐modulating ...

HIV-1 latency reversal agent boosting is not limited by opioid use
Opioid use may affect the HIV-1 reservoir and its reversal from latency. We studied 47 virally suppressed people with HIV (PWH) and observed that lower concentration of HIV-1 latency reversal agents (LRAs), used with small molecules that did not reverse ...

Magnetomechanical neuromodulation using magnetic nanodiscs enables remote activation of neurons. In a hemiparkinsonian mouse model, alternating magnetic fields actuate the nanodiscs to generate torque that opens mechanosensitive ion channels within the subthalamic nucleus, thereby modulating basal ganglia motor circuitry.
