The Journal of the Japanese Association for Chest Surgery, 2002 症例は52歳男性.2000年1月, 胸部X線写真上, 右上肺野に急速に増大した腫瘤影を認め当院に紹介された.胸部CT上, 右上葉に11×10×9.0cm大の腫瘤を認め, 縦隔リンパ節の腫大は認めなかった.腫瘍マーカーはSLX, SCC, CYFRA, NSEが上昇していた.原発性肺癌を強く疑い, 同年1月25日に右上葉切除・ND2a・胸壁 (第3肋骨) 合併切除術を施行した.病理組織学的に扁平上皮癌の成分とLarge cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC) の成分を混在しており, 扁平上皮癌を混在したLCNECと診断され, 術後病期はpT3N0M0, Stage II Bであった.術後経過は良好であり, 化学療法を施行せずに退院した.以後 ...
