Hybrid NSAID–aminoacid molecules have demonstrated excellent activity in inhibiting the cyclooxygenase/lipoxygenase system. Accordingly, the present study describes the synthesis of molecules of this kind, examining their behavior via docking, molecular dynamics simulations and per‐residue energy decomposition analyses.
